• Quote requests. When you use our quote form we collect your name, mobile number, collection postcode, details of the material you need collected, and any photographs you choose to send.
• Phone and WhatsApp conversations. If you call or message us, we keep the details needed to quote, book and carry out your collection.
• Booking and job details. Collection addresses, dates, waste descriptions and the paperwork we are legally required to complete (hazardous waste consignment notes).
• Website usage data. With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies collect information about how you use this site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address).

Our quote form opens WhatsApp (provided by Meta) so you can send photographs and details directly. Anything you send through WhatsApp is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We share your information only where needed to deliver the service — for example with the licensed disposal facility named on your consignment note — or where the law requires it.
